Introducing the Flighthead 6s, the latest iteration of Filmotechnic’s Gyro Stabilised Flight Head, now enhanced with a 360° continuous roll slip ring. This versatile design accommodates a wide range of film and digital camera packages, including 3D rigs, IMAX, and multicamera array setups.

Renowned for its exceptional performance in high-speed tracking, the Flighthead 6s is the preferred choice on the U-crane Arm. Equipped with the advanced GPS GV Horizon system, it maintains impeccable stability even during high-G turns, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.

Its open design allows for quick mounting of fully rigged cameras without extensive reconfiguration, making it ideal for efficient setup on camera cranes, jib arms, tracking vehicles, dollies, or cablecams that meet weight requirements. The Flighthead 6s offers multiple operation modes including handwheels, joystick control, or optional pan bar, and can be configured for over or underslung rigging configurations.
